- Promote the overall landscape, ecological and environmental quality of space, through a structured, cohesive and sustainable intervention, of formal and functional design;

- Recovering and enhancing the presence of the Almonda river, by means of the planning of its margin, taking into account the specific characteristics of the place;

- Encourage the creation of a multifunctional space that harmoniously integrates diverse leisure and recreational activities;

- Ensure the structured framework of the project with the confining space, articulating the contemporaneousness of the solutions with the principles of sustainability

- Adopt viable solutions in terms of maintenance, durability and overall quality of space.
